REGISTRATION -During registration you will be provided with documentation forms which will include information about your child, their medical history, vaccinations, dietary requirements, emergency contacts, care plans etc, parents/carers are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions laid down by Sunflower Day Nursery Cardiff. Parents/carers are responsible for all fees for their child attending the Nursery from the date provided and for the days stipulated on the registration form until further notice. Termination of all placements require 2 months' notice in writing. On the day of registration, you will be provided by the Nursery Manager a welcome pack and a pre-registration form and you will need to sign the parental contract along with paying the £50.00 registration fee (this is non-refundable). During the registration you will be asked by the Nursery Manager to book times and days for free settling in sessions prior to their start date. The settling in sessions allows the opportunity for the parents to speak to the staff in the designated room of your child and to ensure a smooth transition into Sunflower Day Nursery.
