Our Classroom
We care for up 15 babies within our baby room, we have a designated milk preparation area as well as a separate cot room for sleep time. The nappy changing facilities are also based within the baby room.The ratio within our baby room is 1 member of staff to 3 babies and this is always met. There is always one qualified Level 3 or equivalent with at least two years' experience in caring for babies and children under the age of 2 years.
Our Routine
Our baby room routine is flexible as we aim to follow each baby's individual routines for sleeping and bottle feeding, the staff will ensure that the care plan that's complete on registration is followed. Children's nappies will be checked and changed if required outside of the routine times provided below. The children will be provided with a choice of varied activities according to their needs and interests. The routine is used as a guide and on times free play times may change.
